ARTICLE 1 - PERSONAL INFORMATION RECEIVED
When you make a purchase from our store, as part of our buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our shop, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, which allows us to obtain more details about the browser and operating system you are using.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we will send you regular emails about our shop, new products and other updates.

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or if you do not comply with our general terms and conditions.
ARTICLE 4 - SHOPIFY
Our shop is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services and products to you.
Your data is stored in Shopify's storage system and databases, as well as in Shopify's general application. They are stored on a secure server protected by a firewall.
If you make your purchase via a direct payment gateway, Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The information relating to your purchase transaction is kept for as long as necessary to finalize your order. Once your order has been finalized, it is deleted.
All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
The requirements of the PCI-DSS standard guarantee the secure processing of credit card data by our shop and its service providers.

ARTICLE 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
As a general rule, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase transactions.
With regard to these providers, we recommend that you carefully read their privacy policies so that you can understand how they process your personal information.
It is important to bear in mind that some providers may be located or have facilities located in a different jurisdiction from yours or ours. Therefore, if you decide to enter into a transaction requiring the services of a third-party provider, your information may be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where that provider is located or those of the jurisdiction where its facilities are located.
For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed through a payment gateway located in the United States, the information belonging to you that was used to finalize the transaction may be disclosed under US law, including the Patriot Act.
To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using the SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional standards generally recognized by the industry.
COOKIES
Here is the list of cookies we use. We have moved them here so that you can choose whether or not to accept them.
_session_id, a unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).
_shopify_visit, no data stored, lasts 30 minutes after the last visit. Used by our website provider's internal statistical tracking system to record the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day. Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.
_secure_session_id, unique session identifier
storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, it is used to find out if the current visitor has access.
ARTICLE 7 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
